TheSuperNerd: Still talking about Nwakali in 2023? Man it's been 8years since we started talking about him as a prospect. He has already gone the way of Abdul Ajagun. Even Ajagun was not this stagnant when he was 24. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Update: Shehu Abdulahi Axed By His Bulgarian Club Just After 3 Months Super Eagles defender, Shehu Abdulahi, has been axed out of his Bulgarian Club Levski Sofia for a yet go be unknown reasons. According to reports, the former Omonia Nicosia player is back in Nigeria and remained clubless while he's still looking for a new club. "I think it's salary related. He's back in Nigeria now and hope to make a move soon. One thing is certain, he won't be without a team for long and as a free player he will appeal to several teams," Owngoal quoted a source close to the player. |

charlesemeka85: I no want gambles. The boy I wish we could get is actually Faustino Anjorin, though Fisayo is also a good addition to swell the squad depth. I'm not looking the way of Nonso Madueke especially as he is now wanted by Chelsea |

ChrisKels: Well, actually, it's not just me. So also is Diario AS, Spain (Note especially the green-underlined in the news article). Truth is when Iwobi got injured, I was really worried. Worried because there is no other midfielder I can point at to do what he does in the Super Eagles midfield. No one with the same or similar midfield profile and attributes except Kelechi Nwakali. That's our NT reality as much as many won't admit this. Anyway, Diario AS in Spain has 3.2 Million followership on twitter. They also are still talking about Nwakali... so yep, there you go. 2 Likes 2 Shares

Winter Transfer News: Azubuike Okechukwu joins Rizespor. Ibrahim Olawoyin joins Rizespor too. Cc Idennaa AKA OdenigboAroli So yeah, Ibrahim Olawoyin leaves Ankara Keciorengucu in the Turkish TFF.1 Lig to Rizespor also in the same league. Probably bigger pay. And ofcos, Azubuike Okechukwu who hasn't been getting gametime with Istanbul Basaksehir in the Turkish Super Lig takes a step down to join Rizespor in the TFF.1 Lig (2nd tier). 1 Like 1 Share

I strongly resisted any chance of Osimhen moving to Man Utd last summer for obvious reasons. But like I also said then, I will welcome a switch to Man Utd in the summer of 2023 provided it is the BEST move among other likely options. Timing is everything. Osimhen on Manchester Utd's Radar for the Summer of 2023 According to reports, Manchester Utd's acquisition of Wout Weghorst is a stop-gap/short term signing with a view to a substantive signing for the number 9 role in the summer. And the players strongly on their radar are Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen and Benjamin Sesko (actually Sesko is headed to RB leipzig in July 2023 or don't someone at Man Utd know that already?) Let me also add that Victor Osimhen fits the Striker Profile for ETH's system, I will admit. Anyway, Time will tell... as always. 1 Like 1 Share

Special Mid-Season Shout out to Arsenal's Juggernauts: 22/23 so far Before the season began and in the early parts of the season, I commented on Arsenal's smart and strategically driven recruitment of players in line with Arteta's playing style and team vision. I knew for sure Arsenal were gonna finish in the top 4 this time and I predicted as much but boy oh boy oh BOYYYY have they exceeded my expectations. On top of the league, they sit above a Guardiola-tutored-Haaland+KDB-inspired Stars-Spangled Man City and mehn what a ride they are having. Kudos Gunners. Your Glory days may just be nigh again. 1 Like

mostob: It's quite obvious you've never had a MRI scan. I've had three MRI scans all related to sports injuries, that by default means a discussion with radiologists in a top university teaching hospital in the UK. I have both first hand participative understanding as well as research based understanding. What do you have , prejudice and negative ignorance anchored on infantile rancourous noise making. 1 Like |

TheSuperNerd: Your clutching at straws to present a narrative that has no iota of substance, i.e. that has some level of quality. Villarreal B is essentially the Villarreal U21 youth team, that's what you are anchoring ⚓ your deduction for quality upon. Thats simply delusional. Villarreal B will not beat any league one team in England and will struggle against all league two teams if they can even beat one. By comparison analysis, Villa Real B struggled to beat Wolves U21 with a very slim 1-0 win. No EPL U21 team has beaten a Championship team or a League one Team and I don't even recall a league two team. Wolves U21 were flogged comprehensively by Liverpool FC U21, 5-0. That gives you context about the inherent quality of the Villarreal B team and indeed the lower mid to bottom of the Segundo division. Nwakali failed at Arsenal and even couldn't get in to the Sporting B team . Wake up from this obsession with mediocrity that you use to feed your over inflated ego. And look for players who are outstanding performers not wallowing in MEDIOCRITY. By implication using your own very low unit of measurement as the standard for selection to the SE. All Nigerian origin players doing well in EPL Academies are better than him including 15 year old Nwaneri Arsenal player. In that discussion will be all Nigerian origin players from EPL to League one essentially. Whats disturbing is no your unrepentant bigoted hypocritical double standard and your quasi tribal discrimination against Nigeria origin players birthed in Europe. Many have you have lambasted and poured out a continuous stream of vitriolic bitter rhetoric against players I mentioned 4/5 seasons ago. That I felt were good enough then but not anymore as a consequence I haven't talked about some of them for over 4 seasons. Players such as Tega Onomah, Oviemuno, Onyedinma, Sheyi Ojo, etc but the reality is that these guys are doing way better and are Better Quality than Nwakali by a considerable margin. None of them have had contract terminated prematurely, or had to beg for clubs some even earn 10 times more than Nwakali. But you are unrestrained in saying they are too poor for the SE ,but Nwakali is too good. The reality is that Nwakali will not smell the bench of their clubs in the here and now. The rancid stench of your hypocritical double standard bigotry is over powering. 2 Likes |

charlesemeka85: Even in league one that many here dismiss. Aribo went from league one to Rangers. Why are we going to the rubbish dump of MEDIOCRITY to find players. Tim Iroegbunam should have been on the radar of the NFF not Nwakali and players in obscure league relying on youth football exploits. Do you know that Italian and German clubs start tracking players at 13 building up a performance dossier over several years. So by 16 they are ready to go for the player. There is a player in a EPL club that at the age of 13 had already got one of the fastest sprint records in all EPL Academies and that includes U18 players. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jL-aNNc-IFs 3 Likes
