Haha! What did you say to her? Start by opening a normal conversation and sound confident, ask for her number before you leave, if she declines don't pressure her just smile and bounce. When you say asked out where you asking her to be your girlfriend or you asked her on a date, Nigerian girls nowadays won't just accept a relationship just like that without forming hard to get,I imagine it will be particularly difficult for you since you don't have experience reading girls body language, eye language and voice tone. As a young guy still in the street hustling wey you never gather ehn, make sure the girl is giving you some green light.

You can get that green light when that one girl in your class is always looking for your trouble or a girl stealing glances at you in church. The school classroom own is more likely tbh. Even if she's not too fine, still go for it! THEN AND ONLY THEN should you approach a lady for chyking.

When you have her, some fine girls that like make-believe will see you with a gf and think you're "that guy". That's how you climb the ladder bro.

Don’t go straight to ask a girl out.

Start a conversation. Talk about the upcoming election. Tell her you want to vote Tinubu and see her reaction. Then tell her you were joking; that you are voting Obi. Take time to talk about how Nigeria is a mess and drastic measures need to be taken to salvage the country.

By the time you guys are done with these, she has lowered her defenses. Then go ahead to introduce yourself and ask her name.

Tell her where you stay and ask hers too. Because you need to know if it’s the distance you can handle; except you don’t mind distance relationship.

Don’t talk about anything else, just ask for her contact. If she gives you, you can now take the battle to her DM.
