From the Canada website I saw LOE.

But I’ve been seeing people submitting SOP. Are they the same please? And if they’re not what’s the difference please?

LOE (Letter of explanation): used when you have been denied before. You explain why you were denied and how you have approached to convince the VO about being offered visa this time around

To refund a ticket,it depends on the rules of the ticket it is not only qatar airline that refunds a ticket,If the ticket is refundable after departure then you can contact where you issued the ticket and ask for a refund,after you have cancelled your return leg so it does not enter a no show.However,partly used ticket,the refund value might not be that much.

I got PPR on the 20th December, submitted 21st December at ups Lagos and got my passport delivered yesterday 9th January from ups in Lagos but I’m still waiting for my letter of introduction.

I got an admission via an agent on the 7th of Dec. 22 to study computer Science at the university of Regina, Saskatchewan. From my intl. passport I’ll be 29 this year, i studied mechanic Engineering at Hnd level and graduated 2021 and I am married with an 11 month plus old daughter.
1.Do I stand a chance to get a visa even though I am able to present a good Proof of fund with my situation?
2. Will my age be a contention from the visa officers?
3.I don’t know if the agent used my Hnd transcripts to apply, if she did will that stand on my way from studying the new intended course at an undergraduate level?
P.S I did not choose the new intended course, rather the agent opted for that as a way to secure admission according to her.
4. If by any chance I get a visa, “the yearly tuition fee is $20,500” will I be able to work and pay the tuition fee for the remaining three years assuming I have the fee for the first year?

Do they mean national ID card, as that is the only national identity document I have asides int'l passport.

And if yes, which one am I to upload: The digitally generated NIN or the paper NIN
