Right now,we heared that UK embassy only accepts birth certificate from NPC, that's national population commission, my question now is this,

1. I Hope the date of issuance Which bore year 2022 from NPC will not complicate things for Her and her family becos they have approached NPC office and they Said they can't back-date the date of issuance to the Year The kid's were Born, some of the kid's were Born in 2010, 2012, etc,

2. Pls can she attach her children's birth certificate from The hospital they were born with the One from NPC since the date of issuance from NPC is only showing year 2022 for all her kids but remember, everything about their date and Year of birth is correct both from the hospital and NPC, the only issue is date of issuance,

There are two important dates on the CoS…it’s expiration dates (most sponsors usually give you a month to apply for your visa after issuing the certificate) and resumption date of employment. Both dates have their implications in the scheme of things…

There’s no issue with UKVI because the date that CoS was issued can be seen and everyone knows that unforeseen logistical problems can crop up. There’s, however, a 28-day rule that must be borne in mind…see excerpts below…

“ When do I actually have to start working (the 28 day rule)? Once you have been granted entry clearance/permission to stay you must start working within 28 days of whichever is latest: The start day on your CoS (the Home Office will take account of any changes reported by your employer using a sponsor note..)”

“ A Skilled Worker start date cannot be delayed more than 4 weeks
If a Skilled Worker visa holder arrives more than 4 weeks late, their sponsorship would have to be withdrawn which would result in their Skilled Worker visa being cancelled. The 4 weeks are counted from either the Skilled Worker CoS start date or the date the Skilled Worker visa is issued, whichever is later.

If there are any concerns about meeting a Skilled Worker start date, please contact the sponsor...”

Some years back, I had the same NPC experience. What I did was attach copies of both certificates and labelled them A &B with a note explaining I had used the hospital issued certificate since the child's birth until I realised the NPC had more validity. Therefore the issue date on the NPC only reflected when his birth was officially registered.

Wife got the mail from a friend on the last day of application. She applied and got to a reply that she is not suppose to send the application to the email address she sent to. She however sent the application the following day, a day late, to the correct email address.
Hope was lost because we thought she didn't meet up the deadline.

There should be an expiration date on the CoS…usually 30 days after it was issued. The danger is to apply with a CoS that has either been withdrawn by the sponsor or rendered invalid due to expiration

The expiration date is March 16th while Resumption date is Feb 1st and I intend to apply for visa my February 25th due to IELTS. Hope this will still work?

Why not do the computer based IELTS and get your result after 5 working days. That shouldn’t be an excuse o

I find it difficult to book IOM TB Test appointment. It keeps saying have reached the time limit whereas i was able to complete the registration within 10 mins and given time was 15mins.

if it is skilled work visa , Congratulations in advance . i don’t think there will be a reason to refuse Skilled workers . And fr the BRP, it will drop no worry .

This days you get tls email that passport is ready for collection the BRP mail comes the folowing or days after ..if there is refusal they would have sent it along with collection mail
