I'm in my mid 30s, there is kind of fear/anxiety that has been running in my veins for some years now and it's really affecting my progress in life. Anytime I want to take up a complex task, I always fear and at the end I might end up not doing it at all or even If I do it, I won't end it. Many times, I do overthink: thinking of what might happen in the future. I am introvert, I do not have much friends, I don't attend any social gathering. I only go to work, come back, chat on social media and sleep. I do not like to share my idea, pain, worries with anyone. I always want to deal with them personally. How do I overcome this anxiety in me?
