I am no art critique but I am definitely not feeling the green white and green stripes on top of the artwork( which i believe is good), the dark red and black they painted the under-deck of the bridge is a disaster.............driving under that bridge at night will be a nightmare,where are the visual markers for drivers in the event of power failure...............black? I dunno but I like the artwork sha!

Owerri as a glorified village deserves better. You guys in imo deserves a decent state capital with the right infrastructures like this. Stop posting on junction while almost all the roads in Owerri are dilapidated and muddy. Why should a normal person be proud of this owerri village
