Please we need to be clear on new letter of acceptance after visa has been issued. We had to defer from Jan 2023 to may 2023 admission ( about 120 days or so) because the visa came late and could not met the; resumption deadline. Do we need to send the New letter of acceptance to IRCC through webform or not?. |

Ilerioluwamercy: Yes first year tution have been paid. There is no problem with the school. Deferral is already in place. What am asking is for Ircc and immigration. Are we to inform them since it's only for 120 days and plan to travel in April for the May resumption. Or just travel and submit the new letter of admission at the port of entry |

Na wa for ircc oo I’ve sent webforms and emails and they don’t want to drop my LOI I don’t understand again |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by mrprolifik: 11:31am On Jan 12, 2023 |
phreedhom:. According to IRCC deferment is between you and your college. So as long as you are going for the same program, in the same school and you have a new letter of acceptance to show for your new start date. It's not compulsory to send IRCC a copy. |

Cuppycak3:You can try the first one if you want to minimize the pages. There should not be much difference between your scanned documents and when you paste on ms word. Your key documents which must be very clear are the LOE/SOP itself and the POF documents. 1 Like |

Please guys..re application...a little help... I want to sell a landed property which will cover my whole tuition, living expenses and still some change remaining.. * first question. Do I still need to leave the money in my account for 6 months before applying or proving proof of sold property and how the money came..... *Should I now be a self sponsor or should my dad still be my sponsor since the money will be paid directly to my account from the buyer..? |

Etukokwu1234: Did you make any tuition deposit before? IMO, the money can be sent to your account and be self sponsored since you will have every document to show that you actually sold the land, or the money can be sent to your dad and he does gift deed to you. And, no the money doesn’t have to be there for 6 months as long as you have explained the reason for the lump sum. You can also wait for other’s input. What was the reason for refusal? Have you ordered GCMS notes? 1 Like |

Cuppycak3: If I understand you well, you want to be able to reference the documents you attached. If I'm correct then I don't know how you will be able to do that. Someone here was able to do that tho but you will need to rely on the ability of the VO tech understanding to decipher that. How I did mine: I simply arranged my documents in the order in which I wrote my SOP (I combined all into one PDF). My SOP was first, My personal identifiers doc My School docs Work/office docs MBS Family members docs Sponsors documents Home ties doc That's all, I reduced the pdf to the permitted size and uploaded. 4 Likes |

You stand a chance with the school admission. However, for a study permit, it's a red flag to take the same master's program (same discipline). deejay123: |

Hi, Whatever works for you is fine. In my case, I attached a picture and the value of the property. This was not even an official valuation. I think it depends on how well you're able to prove it. If you have all those documents, there is no harm in attaching them just make sure you are not only attaching but explaining well. eldersir20: |
