The process is simple - you apply for the visa as usual. You can apply as she's applying or after she gets it. You'll need her sponsor's license number, occupation code and other information to link the applications together.

The bolded is the bigger issue. Are you married? If you're not then it won't work because to go the 'unmarried partner' route you have to show evidence of having been living together as a couple for 2 years.

If you're married abi if you marry before applying, it's straightforward - submit your marriage docs and that's all.

Why Start off with contract and extra debt as Student when he/she can just get it cheaper in naija and forget about it once and For all?

Discrimination is everywhere, even the so-called Nigeria, no let that one deter you, everyone is welcoming here. Just know what you are doing, abi na face you come look for UK?…. Their payment plan is very great as well if that’s part of what you are looking for… They can allow you pay in installments until about 2 months to your graduation, their help desk respond to your query within 24 hours. What else are you concerned about?

To the best of knowledge a student can’t on credit payments the first 1-3 months or even more . I picked the iPhone 14 pro at the apples store couple of months back , My first option was to use the credit approach but was later told I need to must have been in the UK for 3 years.

Other companies / ISPs might accept you but there are chances of high APR . Which on a long run no economical for such liability.

My APR is 0% using a Telecom. Only the sim contract will increase with Bank of England interest rate. I got it two months in the UK. Although, I am a senior level professional.

one month certificate is enough to apply. you dont neccessarily need to be married to apply for visa, the lady can be a partner in as much as u have been staying together and have bills together as evidences.

You can apply with a day-old marriage certificate. Ideally though for such short timelines, you'd supply some photos from your wedding alongside. It's not strictly required though but there have been instances of people trying to abuse the system so anything you can supply to eradicate doubt would be good.

Yeah I get this, but there is a 101% certainty to clear it off by due date, it is just the fees/charges & future consequence that is the concern.

No negative impact on withdrawing cash from your CC......(with a caveat)...........

It's just a slightly more expensive way to spend money...... If you clear balance, your gbese ends .....
