If you have IELTS, You dont need ECCTIS again for visa application. But you might need it for career purposes over there. So its still important.

I don't know of any point where they ask for your length of marriage. What do I even know

Yes. However, ordinary Ielts is not acceptable for UK. Only "ukvi IELTS". Hence, the reason for stating Lagos, Abuja, Portha.

Not the UKVI. It’s the test transfer number below the extreme right hand side of the certificate
