If the budget was available Then I might as well go for tokumbo direct import. Even Gazzuzz sold one around August asking was 2.4 so it probably sold around 2m-2.4m

What I really wanted to know , if what kind of problems/signs to look out for specific to that 2009 accord.

I currently have a Tacoma and I can freely advice anyone looking for purchase one on the kind of issues one is likely to face.

Avoid the ones with 2.0 Engine and V6(except it's foreign used installed with VCM MUZZLER), watch out for the catalyst or better still install spacers, check the condition of engine, transmission, electrical, air-conditioning, signs of rust, check the chassis(if accidented and badly affected)and finally before interior and exterior condition.

I’m a huge fan of Ford Edge 2008, modern Beetle VW and also Honda Accord 2013.
Can someone please enlighten me more about the disadvantages of having any of them.

Most ads I do see here on nairaland makes me confused about this particular car Ford Edge 2008 Nigeria used.
Same cars will be on ads for 1.8 - 2.3
The same car someone is still trying to sell for 3.7.

I plan on getting a car for myself and my budget is 3-4m.

Replace timing belt, waterpump , with OEM. Don't bother with synthetic oil, avoid front impact with damaged AC pipes and radiator.

Awesome Vehicle , sturdy 3mz Engine , transmission is however very sensitive to abuse. The air-conditioning is manual, so any t dick and Kazeem can reasonably handle it.

Once the body and Interior is fine, and no rust, transmission will set you back ₦450,000, Engine ₦350,000.

Sold my es330 and got a Camry 08, it’s been 4 month now and I have changed oil like 8times or more… the oil usually shorts within 3 weeks.. oil shortage is my only problem… I’m tired.. I’ve changed oil seal at the top… mechanic thinks it’s the piston.. kindly Advise on what to do… I actually like the car if not for this issues of oil.
