Thank you for the swift reply. I think we will start by getting an admission then, just wanted to have an idea of what our chances are before starting this CA long journey. Do you advice we go for MBA or just get a college degree again? She has bsc in Bank & finance.
.
Masters would be better because it also shows academic progression.

Hello guys,
My name is demmy and I applied for a Canadian study permit using an agent. I would have applied my self but because I did my USA travel plans and was denied,so I felt if I use an agent it will necessarily be okay coupled with the fact that when it’s get to providing a bank statement an agent could get that easily. So I took the risk.
I got the admission, paid the deposited money which is $7900. Because I was applying for a Masters in business administration, the school said I have to do an introductory class for 3months which ended this December and of course I participated because my agent said my application is still under review.
I was hoping and praying it will pull through by January (which I now know I should have deferred)
Now the problem is:
Unknown to me that my visa has been denied since June and I submitted my application march and I the applicant just find out yesterday and I wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t threatened him to give him my password and username for the Canadian website it’s has been a shocker to the extend I contemplated suicide. What can I do please? I’m at a cross road

Order for your GCMS or CBSA note to know the reason you were denied… from there, fire back…!

If you read my reply well, you’ll see it says it’s optional and there was no where I said you can’t do it anytime. I also mentioned you can either wait for IRCC to request for it before you do it. It’s all at your discretion. As you like or prefer.

June 2022 applicant. Longest wait of my life but i give God the glory.

Thanks so much everyone. Especially the guy who dropped Q_life email address for me, was really helpful, after calling them so many times for booking and they told me no date available, was able to book through mail. Cos medical date was super tight that period.

Congratulations to you and yours

Why do people respond harshly to other people without considering their mental health?

Read your response again, if someone responded to you in this manner, would you like it?

If you don’t have anything to say, it’s better you pass the post.

Just order for GCMS notes, though it takes between 30-300 days, but this will give you insight to the VO’s concerns. Can you also confirm your admission is still intact in the college?

Good morning. Please I need advice on this. My sister student visa got approved after she had deferred her admission to September 2023. What can she do now because the visa is currently running, and will expire at the time she resumes school if she decides to wait.

When will the visa expire? I think usually they give more time on the visa than program start to end date and also the validity of your international passport.

The visa expires in December 2023 and the passport is valid until 2026

Good morning, pls I would like to know if any1 here has any advice for my situation at d moment. I got admission to umanitoba for bsc general, a course listed on their website to be 3yrs,advanced direct entry which mean its 2yrs sha that the program will be, I already planned to get mpower funds plus sponsor to apply for visa, only for Manitoba to list the course as 4yr course in my admission letter. I have called and mailed them 4 a change nd to explain my dilemma dis people said they list it as 4yrs CA's d science general is just like a general faculty. Now mpower agent are saying they need proof from Manitoba that I will be graduating in the next 2yrs as per their policy,Manitoba is refusing . Does anyone know what I should do here cause its frustrating and wasting time...

Thank you for your response, the reason stated was not enough family ties and whether I will come back home. I still have my admission with the school. Do you think I am eligible to a refund, even if I have participated in the 3months introductory class.

I paid my money by myself or am I the only applicant who requires help with bank statement, considering the amount of money you have to have in it for your visa to be granted. Is it something that is so unheard of.

It is wrong. Canadian govt wants to be sure your documents esp financial ones are from those who can defray your education cost and living expenses here so that you don't constitute destitute.

I have an acquaintance now who came in anyhow this month and wahala dey. The other guy romancing your situation may not be in Canada.

There’s still plenty of time.

She can leave in August, as long as she enters before the visa expiration, the Study Permit that will be gotten at the POE is the most important. The visa allows you entry into the country.

Peace.

You won’t be eligible for a refund since or when you have been enrolled, but the college have the final and accurate response to this.

Sorry o! Mr Canada

Is it everyone that has gone out of Nigeria that truly has the funds for living expenses?

.
Don't get confused. The visa only allows her to travel to Canada. It is when she gets to Canada that she will get her study permit. So as long as she deferred her start to fall 2023 , she must also make sure she has an updated letter of acceptance which shows the program starting in fall 2023. If she likes she can also forward IRCC the new letter of acceptance for records , via webform. When she decides to travel later in the year she won't have any problems.

My resumption is Jan 9 but I have switched to virtual classes for this semester which does not prevent me from travelling.

That doesn't make it right. You can't bring nigerianness into this. You can't mainstream what is making you to run either. Who never go no know!

Greetings guys,

I need an advice, i have gotten visa (i give all glory to God and to everyone that we have joined positive energy together) but courier service has not communicated with me after vfs depached it from Abuja on Thursday, i didnt even get email on which courier service that is bringing it, i am just waiting, and 16th is deadline for registration.

I was told i MUST be physically present in class on or before 16th. I am hoping to get my passport soon and get to school on 18th or 19th, depending on when i get my passport.

My school is Centennial College, i still wish to join classes, has anyone had this issue of going to Canada 4 days after school deadline and joined lecture.

Please if you can help a brother.

Thanks for your contribution.
