Yep. Brighton has created a system similar to Bayern Munich, whereby the coach is not the most important in the grand scheme of things. Any half decent coach will always win the league with Bayern and go far in the UCL(and sometimes win it. )

You are right! They acquired around 20 players and stuck to their manager, that was a vital decision. I hope Westham can survive, they spent quite alot and have been underwhelming this season.
