Your case is even worse than those who believe tithes are a command for Christians.
Get a Bible and read the parable of the talents because it's obvious you have never read it. You probably heard someone talking about it and boom, you used it.
Matt. 25:14-30. Focus on verses 26 (you can not reap when you do not sow) and 28 (those who refuse to work will lose even the little they have).

I hope you are not confusing reward with punishment though.

Sir,,tithe is for the widows and orphans first,before the levites.besides most Pentecostal p sees the old testament as not as effective as the new but why do you dwell more on tithe which is also and old testament law.

All you religious people stop trying to convince or influence people with your religion. I am not religious and I live happily with no urge to influence anybody to have the same faith I have. Because of members and more profit, your G.Os and pastors whatever will you send guys to go do evangelism(marketing) for them while they sit at home with family doing whatever and you guys keep doing afflilate marketing for them selling their products and not getting paid but being told your reward is in heaven that is only Imaginary and a place you haven't even seen or been to. Christianity is like affliate marketing schemes that doesn't pay. If you like don't believe me and keep waiting for an unending world to end for you to get your Imaginary reward. Just live a good life, don't hurt others and work and enjoy yourself the way you like.

You can't become a Christian because you choose to at anytime. No sir, it is exactly like a marriage, you need God's Consent and approval also to become a Christian and I don't think He would give it to you. (But that is between you and Him).

To your question, His Pronouncements on tithes is very clear if a person truly loves God he would see what God Said and that tithe cannot just be paid to any Obinna, Adeboye or Ismailia.
