ICaSNg: Excuse me please. I am going the route of getting admission offer from a college of further education ( Colaiste Dhulaigh CFE, for example). The admission process is kind of easy and the fees are relatively much cheaper. This works for me, considering my budget. When it's time to apply for visa, do you think it might affect me adversely? Thank you. |

ICaSNg from her wealth of experience/exposure should be able to confirm if you're good to go with Colaiste. However, a critical part of moving 'abroad' especially study is doing your own #research Check the Irish requirement: full time study and on ILEP list (few exceptions for PT on the list) Also, contact the college's international office. In addition, ensure your application clarifies how this program tie in to your study, your work experience, future 'career' goal. [FAQ] What courses or programmes can a non-EEA national study in Ireland? ... ... enrolled in a full-time course or programme on the Interim List of Eligible Programmes (ILEP) ... ... NB: I'll be interested to know how non-EEA will fare with Cafes removed from the ILEP list. Who knows, maybe might open doors semmyk: CaptainLora:[UPDATED: Colaiste Dhulaigh has a page for international student - https://www.cdcfe.ie/student-information/international-students/ Nonetheless, above remain valid still: contact, check, clarify, justify

Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by ExpressBooking(m): 1:34pm On Jan 06, 2023 |
HerrFrank: First thing is to book an appointment with Drogheda GNIB for IRP registration. The GNIB is located at Drogheda Garda Station, behind the District Court. Then she has to apply online to Intreo office for her PPS number and when she has it, she can visit Drogheda Intreo office opposite scotch Hall shopping centre, Marsh Road, Drogheda to apply for Public Services Card. She equally needs to register online on leapcard website to get her leap card for bus services. For bank accounts, depending on where she lives, options ranges from PTSB, BOI and AIB banks. She can equally register for Revolut or Transfer Wise when she gets her IRP. There is African shop(Abbey shop) at the entrance of the district court by the town centre there and one again (Noor shop) by the side of Louth County Council office on Laurence Street I guess. For cheap clothing and wears, Penneys(Primark) on Francis Street and Dunnes Stores at scotch Hall shopping center to the rescue. For Telephone calls and mobile data she can get a quick fix in Lycamobile, but must have to change to eir, Vodafone, Tesco mobile, 3, or something else later. If she lives close to Tesco or Lidl, she can register for Tesco clubcard or Lidl plus to get points on her purchases which can be used as voucher in the future. While doing this she will get to meet with other people as well and integrate 8 Likes |

Eizzypro: Would you be interested in Supply Chain Analytics? It's a blend between supply chain and data analytics. So a bit more tech focused. https://www.lyit.ie/CourseDetails/D303/ATU_LY_1001/SupplyChainAnalytics |
