You'll need a BIOS programmer to do this and the knowledge of how to clear the password via hex editor.

It's a long process,I can help you fix it though if you're in lag.

My spectranet router says "this device is locked and can not be used with any other sI'm card,any attempt to unlock, upgrade or downgrade this software will permanently damage this device and render the warranty void

dell xps 15 9370 refuses to come on

it was working well prior to the day it went off.

The battery is very ok

he took it to an engineer and engineer says he needs to replace the motherboard

My question is could motherboard the issue?

and please who has a spare motherboard
