The story continues. Reconstruction of Ariaria international market (A-line ) is gathering steam 5 Likes

Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by 3duj: 10:34pm On Jan 18, 2023 |
This the phase one. It comes with a brand new concrete road ,and once completed other sections of the market will be pulled down and reconstructed 2 Likes

Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by 3duj: 10:40pm On Jan 18, 2023 |
Going further, that market needs 1) a fire service station dedicated to that market alone. The fire station should come with huge water reservoir from which pipelines carrying water will spread to the market with hydrants at strategic points in order to fight fire outbreak(which is a real threat now as this new A-line will enjoy uninterrupted power supply from the Ariaria ipp) 2) a car park to help decongest the now completed faulks road. The last administration converted the car park of ariaria into shops 3) a warehouse section where goods will be stored after offloading and be moved as required to shops. The elites in that market have this tendency of converting shops to warehouses 4) the entirety of that market should be fenced in to eliminate traders spilling onto faulks road 5) concluding omuma road phase 2 as that road will be an alternative road source to access the market 5 Likes

The market already has a 2 me ipp supplying uninterrupted electricity to it. Hopefully the next governor of the state will continue this modernization of One of Nigerias greatest market space. As for A-line, it will be completed before the present governor leaves office 3 Likes

Nice..ikpeazu should try and pay salary please. Another thing I noticed is that IPOB attacks seems to be least in Abia and maybe Enugu and Ebonyi. Even tho MNk is from Abia, Any reason for that ? |
Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by 3duj: 7:14pm On Jan 20, 2023 |
oilykid:Can you explain further on the issue of owing salary ? As for ipob attacks, it’s very less in Abia because 1)most of what we call ipob attacks aren’t from ipob but politically motivated (imo state) 2) The Ngwa (biggest tribe and landsize in Abia state) and Umuahia people aren’t die hard ipob members like we get in orlu and orsu .So it’s impossible for camps to be set up in there forest’s . 1 Like |

3duj:Your first point already contradicts your second points. Is ikpeazu not owing workers in Abia state salaries ? 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by 3duj: 4:29pm On Jan 21, 2023 |
oilykid: I don’t know if he is owing that’s why am asking . It doesn’t, Ipob has a military wing that carried out attacks against military and police formations-that can no longer be disputed. A regular traveler within the SE will have come across them some years ago. Their camps are located in communities with deep ipob loyalty and that is why the military adopted a scorched earth policy in communities know to harbor them. To prevent civilian collateral damages ,am guessing the ESN mostly stood down. Now we have the murders and criminalities going on by political forces especially in imo,Anambra and Ebonyi . Some of this murders are carried out by Ebubeagu or unknown gunmen and blamed on IPOB/ESN 1 Like |

My favorite form of development is re-construction, and what's happening at the ariaria is a perfect example. People should see that when you build 'new markets' and 'new cities' without fixing the old you create a hole in the cityscape that will drag everything else down. It is like having a mess in your bedroom and instead of cleaning it you buy block and start adding a new room to your house. Meanwhile that mess will remain and fester until the whole house is dragged down. This is what's effecting 99% of our cities. If ariaria is fixed, it will lift quality of life, economic activity and livability of Abia up to a higher standard than a 'new market' can ever do. Transform ariaria and you transform Aba. oilykid:Am pro igbo , be it as a part of a working Nigeria or as a separate (fully independent or semi independent) nation . I don’t believe that Ipob are going about their struggle the right way, violence will only lead to another debacle like 1966-1970. And from the way things are going , the way the don’t take kindly to opposing views ,a nation controlled by them won’t be better than the current Nigeria 3 Likes |

demands of NMA because its members play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of the citizens,” Ahamefula added. The Protocol Officer of FMC, Mr Darlington Madubuko, said that doctors in FMC joined the strike to show support for their colleagues in Abia hospitals. Madubuko said that the strike is taking its toll on healthcare delivery in the hospital, indicating that patients on admission have been discharged to seek healthcare services elsewhere. “You can see that everywhere is empty; this is a total strike and I don’t know when it will end,” he said. Madubuko appealed to the state government to clear the backlog of salaries owed to doctors in state-owned health institutions to enable them to return to their duty posts. A visit to the Abia Specialist and Diagnostic Hospital showed that the health facility, which is usually a beehive of activities, was deserted. A nurse at the hospital, who pleaded anonymity for fear of victimization, said that the hospital was no longer admitting patients. She said that children’s male and female wards and the Accident and Emergency Unit were empty as a result of the doctors’ strike. Mrs Mary Chimahulamiro, a farmer, said that she brought her husband to the hospital for his regular medical appointment but had to leave because no doctor would attend to him. Chimahulamiro said that the strike had shattered her plans and called on the government to intervene in order to address the cause of the strike. The NMA Abia Chapter Chairman, Dr Isaiah Abali, said that the association had set up a monitoring team to ensure total compliance and sanctions on defaulters. “The government has kept mute. They have not approached us on this matter and we won’t beg them as our message is this ‘pay us our salaries’. “If the present administration doesn’t pay us, the strike will continue until a new administration comes on board in the state,” Abali said. The Commissioner for Health, Dr Joe Osuji, said the government had done its best hence it is now left for NMA to respond. Osuji, however, did not say what the government had done afresh since the strike began to warrant a response from the NMA. “Bringing the strike to an end depends on the NMA,” he said. https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2023/01/21/patients-lament-as-doctors-strike-continues-in-abia/?utm_source=&utm_medium=twitter

Ipob is a terrorist organisation that has its headquaters in abia state. Ipob is made up of illiterates and miscreants that are mostly from Abia state. Abia is a failed state that's why their indigenes formed this destructive organisation so they can destroy SE but they have only failed to penetrate Anambra except at border towns, just like they destroyed imo state. Abia state is a curse to the SE NwekereNdoki: |

Shut up your dirty aba mouth. Onitsha didn't lose any investment because Abinbev is already in Onitsha, so the right thing was to build the second plant in Ogun. Abia state is the cause of insecurity in igboland. Abia is a failed state that why they feel that SE should be like Abia but they have failed NwekereNdoki: |

XerXerz: As usual no originality in your insults. Very obvious that in squeezing through the leaky prophylactic ,the sperm cell that formed you had to strip off some parts of itself- most especially the part that should have formed sufficient brain cells. But you even as a sperm ,you where just dull. |

Silly aba pig, that was the most suitable post for you, you want me to waste time constructing now post for an aba pig like you. The fact you are from Abia means you are damned already. As an abia man you are lower and stands a chance to advice any state on development of any. The filth in aba has clogged your brain cells. Your useless cursed abia state hasn't even been able to pay ordinary salaries but you want to give advice here. Nkita lacha gi anya there 3duj: |

XerXerz: What’s with your infatuation with pigs ? Let it not be that along with all your insurmountable flaws and genetic defects that you’ve added zoophilia to them ? But then again, by definition zoophilia means sexual relations with lower animals , it won’t be bestiality -as in your case- if you yourself is a lesser animal ? And oh, I knowingly added the definition to spare you another 20 minutes painful deliberation with a dictionary |
Re: Abia State Development Thread- PICTURES by XerXerz: 1:26pm On Feb 05, 2023 |
Aba pig is what you are and what you shall remain, are you angry that I call you what you deserved? Lol You just learnt about zoophillia, aba pig lol. Like as I said earlier, everyone from abia is cursed and stands no chance to advice anyone. Abia is the worst and most backward state in Nigeria, but you think a pig like you have an idea. You claimed to have an idea but you haven't used it to fix a cesspit that's aba or the glorified village that's umuahia. Ofcos you aba pigs like you are of lesser class than pigs elsewhere because abia your state is cursed and useless. The only thing abia brings to the table in igboland is creation of terrorist group known as ipob. You people are useless in igboland. 3duj: |
