lamash: What if an applicant lied about denial on their application, can the applicant send a web form stating the truth about the denial? Or the applicant should just let the applicant be. Please we need your suggestions |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Princessmay11: 11:13pm On Jan 17, 2023 |

Maychic: Some one please respond to this. I never knew one can apply for dependent even before the visa of the applicant is out. Is it possible? Or can dependents apply once the visa is out before the applicant travels to Canada ? |

Princessmay11:what does this even mean They will only give you grace if you forgot/ or omitted by mistake, and send them a webform . But if you deliberately lied and your are now sending the truth with webform. Sorry is your case |

Please I need advice on what next to do, my agent just told me that I got denied of my student visa with my husband as dependant I was told it’s because of the account, I used a company’s account with the sum of 19m at the time of submitting and added my husband’s account with the sum of 4mil, I was denied because of insufficient funds. It was mentioned in my SOP that the company is my sponsor I paid initial deposit of 2680cad My agent said I should come and reapply since my admission is still valid till may and look for another account and I will state that the company is not sponsoring me again. And I won’t be able to go with him again. Please house I need your advice before reapplying again |

Pace6:Sorry for the late reply, I am confused by the samples of the SOP both on here and other places on the internet. My main concern is the home ties section. I just graduated from secondary school, so I really don't have anything tying me home apart from family. I would have just omitted that part but most people are mentioning that it is the most important part of the entire SoP. Anyone who can assist me with this should PLEASE contribute answers. I would've preferred to use an agent, but a lot of people are advising me against it. My email is in my signature. |

mrczar: Please how do I upload my study permit extension form IMM5709 after completing it. See attached screenshot. I don’t see anywhere on the portal. I just see my initial application and it says “Approved”. Also for extension do I need to submit another bank statement and for what period? Thanks

blueberryacres: Definitely you won’t have anything so strong to tie you home for now. Emphasize on your family and your long term goals. Relate your long terms goals to Nigeria too and you should be good. |

Good morning all. I have been doing my application all alone till 3 weeks ago when i felt i needed someone to guide me so that i wont repeat things all over again.I'm about uploading my documents for canadian study visa but my worry is that my agent told me to open a new account for my proof of funds and to back it up with some legal documents. The account is just a week old. I have a salary account I have been running for more than 5 years. I have paid for a term and my worry is that all my effort should not go down the drain just because of this new account that is not up to 4 months. Its self sponsorship. My salary account is not too buoyant enough though I make money from field trips. In the last 6 months over 9 to 13Million tansactions has passed through the salary account Please I need advice. Experienced ones please a brother is in deliema |

Hello omolayo,I also applied with my husband in feb2022 using my dad's company account and got a refusal Sept 6th 2022. I reapplied before getting my gcms notes on September 20th with my husband as a dependent.we got ppr 16th of this month.i still used the company's account. I just made some changes. I made sure the company sent 5m(15,000 cad) as upkeep for a year backing it up with letter of introduction stating that the company will be sponsoring us.(showing commitment). I submitted a bank reference stating my dad as sole signatory to the two company's account. I also submitted customers invoices and receipt from service providers,Tax clearance, transaction details of the two accounts(explaining the lumpsums). Company profile ,CAC, Company's C/O. I paid 9000cad out of my school fees Salary payslip for 6 months Omolayo247: 4 Likes |
