The Bible is a compilation of some of the scrolls written since creation.

Christians are not hiding that fact.

But why are you Muslims deceiving yourselves that the quran dropped directly from heaven when common sense stated otherwise?

When we talk about revelation we don't relate that with common sense. This is not to state that revelations don't make sense!
The Bible has the authors, copyist, editors, etc scattered. Some are even unknown or at best guesses! They can't even be verified and authenticated.

The Qur'an on the other hand was revealed to an unlettered man. Of course it will have some similar stories since it came to confirm earlier scriptures! But saying the Bible was copied to make the Qur'an by an unlettered man, then that's another miracle.

What the copyists copied has some truth mixed with many falsehoods. They may have copied from what they knew/read of what happened earlier! The Qur'an came to verify the truth and correct those falsehoods!
