what makes you think Yar'Adua wasn't a good president during his short time? I'd argue he's the last good president we've had but you, apparently, have a different opinion and I'd like to hear it

Yar'Adua being depicted as a good president is false. You'd hear people say, "Yar'Adua was the best President of Nigeria" or "Yar'Adua was our last good president". And it's so much of a lie it peeves me.

ASUU went on strike several times between 2007 and mid-2010 during his presidency.

- He mishandled the Boko Haram issue which was just a fanatical sect then but wasn't a terrorist group by torturing their leader Yusuf to death in police custody in 2009 and they became violent thence.

- Corruption was also rife under Yar'Adua. Monies were misappropriated and his wife, Turai, was extremely notorious for land-grabbing and stealing properties. Don't just believe me - research everything I've stated.

- There was inflation (even though marginally compared to now).

So how was Yar'Adua our last GOOD president? Because he's dead and we've had it worse since then? Nigerians forget too quickly.

If that thing can do harvard referencing. I might have just found my 'machinery'
no, it's not good with dissertation. the best thing it is good at is coding. But if you can feed it enough and ask in a "ELI5" kind of way (which is not worth it) then you are good

I don't know how this solution will work sha.

As long as people know they have petrol there, they will form queues.

So even if the gates are locked, you'll still see 25 vehicles waiting patiently.

I pray it works sha

People are gradually settling for 300, while those who can't afford the transport have resorted to trekking half the distance

This is why back in 2000s Tinubu put a ban on brand new stations. The ban has been lifted and everyone as usual is violating the rules. There is a rule that you cannot build a station with 500m of another station. Violated everywhere.

Na people for awolowo Rd to hear am pass. The road has at least 5 major stations on it.

This is honestly the worst fuel scarcity In my memory. This goes back to abacha levels. Buhari has truly and completely effed up to dont let the door hit you on the way out levels.

I'm glad the thing has now hit Lagos. Hopefully, something will be done about it. We in the South South have been suffering. Over the last two weeks, I have spent N73,000 buying fuel.
