Greetings guys, please i need your advice once again. I recently got my study permit visa through an agency. They told me my contract has ended with them after they sent me LOI to canada. When i asked for my log in details for IRCC so i can have it handy, they told me they can't give me the log in details reason being that they have a centralized log in details they use for applicants in group not single and as such they can't give me such details. My Question: can i creat a new log in details and use if i want to request for study permit extension or any other services that requires immigration processing. Thanks for your advice |

Hello @Army2022, have you been able to send your files? If yes, how did you do it? Also what did you include in the client information pdf? Army2022: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 12:31am On Jan 20, 2023 |
Your contract with them ended after a decision was made on your application unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement with them. Immigration lawyers and licensed consultants have designated portals used to submit applications for their clients. This portal is similar to yours but with options to choose additional documents. They cannot give you access to this portal because it was open with their personal information, as a result, belongs to them. And, as you said, they have other clients’ applications in the same portal. You can create a new account and use it for study permit extensions and other applications. Powermike8: 2 Likes |

bullstriker:Thanks so much for your response. I so much appreciated it. As I mentioned earlier, all the funds in this new and old account came from my salary with a payslip to back it up. I only picked up that loan to augment the required POF. Everything about the new account is legit but am just worried that using 3 months' SOA while IRCC stated min of 4 months will not be a stumbling stone towards my consideration. Also, even with my old account, I never at anytime leave a 6 million balance in my account as I always have one or two things to invest money on. So how do you reason this? on average, my salary is about a million and with other allowances, it sometimes shoots to 1.5M in a month. I also had a conversation with the company accountant stating reasons why I needed to change my salary account to this new one, I planned to add all of these to my applications as well. Your kind advice will be appreciated |

Bobomaigida: Thank you so much, The GRA offer is a minimum amount and is to cover for my tuition + other fees, cos tuition fees are usually deducted from this offer. This is why I was not asked or requested to pay tuition deposit. The cbsa note takes time, Don’t really know how possible to reapply alone with same documents, instead of with family? While waiting for the cbsa note. Pls is it possible to pay for gmcs and cbsa note through dollar debit card, I can only see PayPal and credit card as stated on the web. |
