As for you @OP, I don't know what led you to loan sharks or why you're unable to meet up with their payment but one thing I'm sure of is that tomorrow is pregnant and as you're broke today you might be a billionaire in the next few weeks or months so calm down and face your fears. Pick their call if you can and explain why you couldn't meet up and ask for more time(everybody know the country dey somehow) but if the agent act nonchalant and the pressure is becoming unbearable. For your sanity install Truecaller and block all spam calls and messages.
Immediately you raise some cash, be truthful to yourself, contact them and ask them to review your accumulated overdue charges so you can pay off and make the payment in bits like that till it's full.
Make it a priority in your mind that you must pay back but don't let them frustrate you.

U can pay back installmentally, show them commitment and they won't disturb u like dat.. it happened to me i just pay like 50% of the money on the due date.. they call me the following day and i told them i will pay the remaining balance.. them no disturb me after like 4 to 5 days after i pay up.. and they were willing to give more loan but the interest rate pursue me.. is too much..
