If you want to see a movie, you should try booking a ticket online, particularly with Genesis cinemas. I don't know if others do so, but Genesis does. That's where I check the price.

Na around the new year period tickets were going for 5k inclusive of popcorn and drink...

It's a psychological thing, if you go with a lady as man the pop corn and drink is made compulsory. But if on your own you can easily wave it off leaving the ticket at that 1500-2500 range.

Pls respect their labor and stop conflating them with criminals.

Anybody watching because of the nudity is just a pervert that needs psychological help.

It was a very good movie, not with as many twists and suspense as KOB did, but still very very good and the acting performances were all great.

Nigerians need to purge themselves of the need to appear moralist, or frown upon nudity in movies. The nudity in this movie was necessary, so was the rape scene. The writing was very good and I say this as a writer myself. It was also more inclusive than in KOB.

Cus of Nancy Isime why most people watched that series

I watched for Chidi Mokeme. Thankfully, I don't have the hormones of a teenage boy, so, Nancy Isime's performance was not the most enthralling thing for me.

If I want to see p0rn, I know where to find it.

Omo I have seen d thriller where my baby(Nancy) sampled her ever standing oranges, omo I no fit miss that series.

This movie kept me awake all night, Nollywood has upped their game I must say...


I was in an African country recently, and the feedback I got about Nigerian movies was exceptional, even the so called old movies we don't really like makes sense to most of them (our movies are subtitled to suit them though cos they're French speaking)...

So with this crop of movies coming out, damn!, I can boldly say we are now truly international

It was trending on Twitter yesterday so I looked it up on Netflix. I've only watched episode 1. So my review is premised only on the first episode.


The subtitle is trash for a Netflix series.

Chidi Mokede custome was near perfect and he held his lines.

My reservations about the movie is that it's plot is far from the realities of Lagos. Since the setting is in
Lagos.
The can't think of any area in Lagos state that's so lawless and prostitute-infected as depicted in the series. I will take it the series is exaggerated just like " The Woman King."

Sos far I will give it 7/10

The message is in those things you think are unnecessary.

How do you establish that someone is ruthless, if they're not shown doing ruthless things? You need to despise a character, and you wouldn't feel that strongly for the character if they did not show them doing despicable things.

Na everywhere for Lagos you don enter? That movie is anything but unrealistic for Lagos. If you know the things that happen in the nooks and crannies of cities, you'll be shocked. Even me sef, once upon a time I did not believe some places exist in Lagos, because I been never enter there.

As long as money is to be made and spent, there is nothing that is unrealistic. You just haven't been in those spaces.

For example in the drug production aspect, those ladies could wear at least a bra and it wouldn't take anything away from the movie, at least I have watch this done in foreign gangsta movies as well.
