It mostly eradicates the magic that happens at the collation centers where 10 becomes 1000. It also effectively kills incidents form and where party agents buy up people's PVC to vote and rig elections because by the law, if the number of total votes exceeds the total number of accredited voters, that polling unit's results will be cancelled.

Simply put BVAS is like the ATM machine, while your PVC is like your ATM card.

Most times if they refuse, it could result to violence against them. Especially in the north.

Who are at the server? How do we know they won't tamper with the data uploaded? What are the guarantees?

This is the human factor when registering was ongoing and even during voting. It takes communal effort and agreement to allow for an underage to register and vote.

Because the same result is posted in each polling unit. So everyone has the right to snap and upload online. This is where integrity is added to the system. While INEC will accord the one snapped by their own machine the highest priority and will use the result officially handed to them, if the result is different from what the public have, they will be much public outcry

I asked this question last week because everyone kept shouting BVAS .
