Pacesetterz:

Your gov has diarrhoea of the mouth. Soludo will end up bringing problems Fr Anambra with his mouth. He has already started making Anambra unsafe in the first month of his tenure. The effects are what Anambra pple are seeing now. Right now Awka is under seige. Ipob masquerading as cultists are causing mayhem. The rugged looking state capital doesn’t look safe enough. Soludo is busy bringing more issues when he hasn’t even solved the problems of Anambra. Asking to stand in for MNK. Where’s Abia state gov? Ikpeazu is busy jumping from one place to another with Wike. I don’t even fault him because Abia state is the safest eastern state.

Please keep IPOB out of the cultism mess in Awka........you guys have an uncanny ability to make an intractable problem worse and more complex! I do not know what you gain by fomenting unnecessary wahala!

Awka and onitsha combined together can not match OWERRI.

Is it onitsha that has massive disorganized and unkept roads Or Awka with zero functional traffic lights?? Sandy roads

Soludo hasn't started work yet ..

Oga,
Why don't you and Chino take this argument to the Owerri thread? We shall gladly come there to comment positively on the great strides happening in Owerri. Instead of bringing it here as some type of negative thing that we should be annoyed that it happened in Igboland.

Granted that Owerri has indeed modernized greatly under the regime of Rochas. Even Uzodinma has tried to modernize the city further amd plant flowers to beautify it. We are all very happy to see positive developments in Igboland. But, this is Anambra thread talking about Soludo's modernization agenda. So lets focus on Anambra events here and Owerri events in the Imo thread. Rather than distractions and stirring negative spirits against positive developments in Igboland.

Osumenyi is even more decently developed than Owerri. Anambra is the Lagos of the eastern Nigeria, no wonder Grgton is always crying because Owerri is a glorified village with the worst roads in southern Nigeria cheesy

He is right. Is ukpor not in Nnewi south ? It's unknown gunmen abode

Ukpor, amichi , orsumughu etc are all in Nnewi south and the security there are trying. It is not easy on them especially for those Imo state boys sneaking through Ezinifite to wreck havoc here. I only replied based on Nnewi north.

These houses will later become a great sight if internal roads are built, sidewalks, ornamental trees and grasses planted. Anambra hinterland will rise very soon. It will later become like the chateau in southern France

with our little landmass, we should not be wasting land, we should be building skyscrapers to preserve our little land, we should not be depending on out siders to feed us, we may not have any land left for food production in the next 50yrs at the rate we are wasting our scarce land.

Dont get these things twisted because we have enough lands in Anambra. If Lagos state which is smaller than Anambra hasn't run out of lands then we should be ok for another 100yrs.

The Anambra hinterland with the magnificent mansions will become a great sprawling of beautiful country side when the necessarily infrastructural like beautiful trails , inter communities roads, side walks and cultural status are build in every corners. Then please ornamental trees and flowers, grass , good drainages etc and the place will instantly turn to a tourist attraction.

Come to my neck of woods at Achalagu-Umuoji and you will be blown away. The land of castles is what I called it

a word is enough for the wise, your little 4000km2, is what you call enough land, is that upto a local government council in the north, when you waste all your land on building unnecessary houses that no body is using in the village for showmanship, you will be at the messy of outsiders for food security. You have enough land, see ignorant man.i taught my people are wise but it is like I'm wrong

You have any pics or a clip of your villa’? Who knows, we just may have found a contender that takes the crown away from one of the present top three most beautiful villas in Alaigbo…..namely: Neni, Abiriba and Oguta!

You are a ffucking eidiot for referring to me as ignorant. That areas from Idenmili down to Nnewi and Okija areas has never been known for its arable lands. For a state our size we have massive uncultivated lands in Anambra north.

Why can't you imo b@stards face your backward useless worthless shithole insecure state for once. What's your business with what Anambra people build in their state? The last I checked Anambra has by far more nedium high rise apartments more than any state at all in Nigeria, not to talk your backward imo state. Anambra has the best landuse in the entire eastern Nigeria.

This Igbo advise every time on anambra thread. Did you miss road that you can't offer such advice to your state?

Well, currently I won't blame a character from Imo state because it is obvious they are all frustrated. A state with unemployment over 45% will swing into any criminal set at any slightest opportunity. No wonder all of them are Ipob apologist and destroying lives and properties right from its build up from Orsu.

They burn houses because they can't build that's why you will jump here to tell those building not to.....Is arighi mma..

you build with purpose and wisdom, not for showing that I have arrived, why not built cuttage industries or agro allied industries, there by creating wealth and food security, mansion you built in remote villages are simply for bragging, it will be ok if built in cities.

Am truly shocked to see what ndi imo have degenerated to. So murderous, no human feelings or sympathy anymore. I already told my suitors from there to back off. Forget this my gra gra, am a very soft hearted person and any little thing makes me cry. My heart is too fragile to withstand or see any form of violence.
Ndi imo, I ask again, ogini bu nkaa? This is not the imo state that loves living life to the fullest. my heart bleeds!

People are building houses they live in and you think it is proving they have arrived?

You want some who had no house to live in to take the money and build cottage industry? He will live in the Bush while building cottage industry?

If someone is building house to brag, whats so bad with that? People buy new car to brag, people buy cloths and shoe to brag. Whats your bad belle with how people choose to spend their hard earned money?

You are on the wrong road. This is anambra state thread not an Igbo thread. The thread is update on development in anambra state.

If you want to offer advice to ndigbo, go to pan Igbo thread and do so. We will try as much to come there and read the advice...
