I was even thinking that you were the buyer. Na now my head booth say you be the seller. So you mean someone requested for airtime which you sent at the agreed rate then he blocked you so he won't pay you? People de o. Life no hard na. Frustrate the guy small.
First of all, change his name on True caller to Airtime fraudster.
Then check if he opened an Opay or Palmpay account or any other mobile money account. The phone number will be the account number excluding the first zero. If there is a similarity in the names, report the account to the mobile money operator. If the line is on Whatsapp, check if there is a profile picture. Then drag the motherfucker.
