I was really touched by his post especially knowing the cost of that phone (I bought one for my daughter last year). I did however have my reservations because I wanted to be sure this wasn't another scammer on the prowl.

My plan was to send someone to meet with him in person and pay for the fees after verifying all and all but then you came to his rescue.
