On whether the documents were actually declassified or not is another matter on its own. I would never argue that Biden can declassify documents by thinking about it while waving a magic wand.

It was also discovered that one of the resident apartment where he kept some of the classified information was occupied and payed for (on monthly basis) by Hunter Biden, his son. Wow!!! you would think it was just a coincidence?

1.) Trump has never said he declassified the documents. He had several chances to have his attorneys make that argument in court. They didn't.
2.) The VP as the President has original classification authority. I think Bush made the change to help Cheney.

English is your problem. Did you even read what you highlighted? The VP can classify but only declassify things that he classified while the president can declassify anything classified by anybody across the entire government. Hahaha. You actually thought you had proved something.

Your only saving grace would be if all those documents found on Biden where classified by him which we know is not the case becuase half of them where from his time as a senator where he had NO declassification authority at all.
