CBN is now deliberately restricting the cash in circulation. They have banned bank ATMs from dispensing old notes but allowed over the counter withdrawal of old notes up to 500k per week.

Meanwhile the ATMs they are insisting must dispense new notes can only dispense a maximum of 20k per day.

If you even use another banks ATM card, the machine will only pay you 5k. .

So if you need more money, you have to go inside the bank to collect money that you can't spend beyond January 31st.


Last last, whether we like it or not, all of us will go cashless.

It is possible. If that is the case, the way Osinbajo was brutally humiliated at the primary then shows how much power he has. PYO didn't even finish 2nd. If that's Buhari backing then its useless

Buhari has shown most times that all he cares about is himself. Party members will be having issues Buhari and PYO will stay back and not mediate.

He wants to be seen as neutral and fair. Which has no place in partisan politics, In Politics you stick by your people. Internally you can them resolve the problems
