1)Please for a 17 year old that wants to process his international passport ,please what are the requirements ,trying to read online but not straightforward...

2) I read somewhere that he has to present his father's or mother's own too but what if the parent don't have international passport ,can he use his elder brother that bears same surname and has a valid international passport or what does he need to get his passport being 17 yrs old

When I track online this is what it shows
nin verification failed. I went back to passport office last week to complain but was told to hold on.
I did change of name, which has been effected on my nin before capturing

Pls any suggestions on what to do

There's absolutely nothing you can do than to wait because that's the date their system generated for you and the only available date according to you.
You will have to wait! The rate at which the date are being fixed nowadays is alarming.

Pls house my wife applied for passport today and we just remember that her maiden name is the one on her BVN, will she need to change her maiden name on NIN, although we have all the necessary marriage certificate and news papper publication

I am afraid NIS may reject her application... Therefore, She must change her maiden on NIN as soon as possible. The name on her NIN slip must match the name on the application form...

You need to visit the N. NIMC state headquarters and tell them that they should update and activate your data with them, that the instruction is from immigration.

Will advise you do it earlier as NIMC too can be stressful. You can be face with issue of No netwrk for weeks. They will only keep capturing and cant effect changes or produce NIN

How about if only one of the parent have passport the other doesn't have how then will they confirm the signature of the one without passport

Also do you mean if the father was to appear with the kid for capturing he has to bring along court affidavit for full custody

Also, I heard I'll need birth certificate and state of origin/LG of origin.
Please, can this type of certificates be acceptable because this has been the one I've been using during my school days
