The Buhari administration ruined Nigeria economy.

Emefiele is part of that administration, he is still a key member of the national economy elite team.

Emefiele has always been political in his monetary and fiscal policy choices. It’s such political pleasure that has made him create billionaire from the significant impairment of the value of Naira with other currencies. It’s also obviously for political reasons that this currency change issue is arising.

Not that, he has the interest of folks at heart.

Not surprised. They are partners in crime with politicians who may still have the old notes stashed away in their hideouts

The actual reason for the change of currency is the reason there will be no extension. If they extend it then the aim of the currency change will be defeated. It is a selfish reason which is aimed at their fellow politicians not for people like me and you.

Some people don't get it. Emefiele is following Buhari's directives. Nobody will intimidate Nigerians with cash on February 25, 2023 and other elections. The thieving politicians had their field day at party primaries. Buhari was totally disappointed and has vowed to put an end to the act of vote buying.

Except NASS impeach Buhari, January 31 2023 is FINAL.

I have said and I know that by this time next month this old note will still be a legal tender. Politicians will make sure they use the old note to buy people's votes.

Who are the biggest shareholders and control of bank proxy owners if not politicians.

The Nigeria people will not extend the deadline beyond 14th of February. They should better sit up.

We don't want them to interfere with this policy, this policy is in a positive direction for the country, we don't want the greedy politicians who will stop at nothing to have this country remain in this situation or worse to their selfish benefits. Since last year they didn't hid to nor comply to the policy, why wait till rush hour?

I concur.

Or if that feels like a stretch, a ten days extension should do then.
