Personally from what people on the field said on election day, Adeleke bought over some of the APO I, APO II, and PO officers are the booth and those are who exploited INEC loophole that led to overvoting.

Some people that are not legible to vote in a certain polling booth were allowed to vote even tho the BVAS failed to accredit them.

They are allowed to vote and other party agents at the polling booth are fooled by counting the number of voters that stood on the line as tho they are accredited voters and credible voters.

So let's say 500 people were counted to be on line, when the ballot get counted, they counted same 500 so other party agents were deceived. But APC played a game where their agents started snapping election result and they went to demand for the true BVAS accreditation report just after election which exposed INEC and turned PDP game against them.

The issue here is not the failure of BVAS device itself, it is due to some INEC officials willingly sabotaging the election by themselves.

If I am not wrong, I think based on the new electoral law, when the case is not a pre-election matter, it ends at the appeal court for governorship election cases. Only the presidential election can get to supreme court in this scenario.

This Osun case is an Election tribunal matter. Post election.

Anything he signs now will need clearance from the APC-dominated State Assembly. He has already lost and if he misbehaves, he will resume in EFCC cell after he loses his appeal.

Osun, like other SW states, is a state known for brilliant leaders, the moment Oyetola said he won, I knew his brilliant Osun folks have found a loophole. They are not flippant.

The APC folks were snapping the declared official results and immediately requested for BVAS to seal their argument that proves overvoting. That is brilliant!

Oyetols does not settle but he is by far more brilliant than Mr Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke.

One thing about politics is that when you are in opposition, you make mouth and run propaganda unchecked.

As soon as you enter government, the ruling party become opposition and they start their own version of propaganda and the cycle never ends.

Makinde said the same thing in Ibadan before he resumed, that guy said Lagos is taking Oyo money which explained why they have less. Since the guy took over, he already borrowed more than 118 billion and yet no infrastructure/governance that correlate with that amount.

Next year, at least the said Lagos won’t be taking all Osun money again and we will see what Adeleke will do with Osun. He won’t be able to use that excuse again and I pray he succeed because that state is very important with lot of potential.

The people love Adeleke and you can see the joy in their faces. It’s truly a victory for democracy and let’s hope you don’t break their heart like Aregbe eventually did during his second term.

Based on reactions from especially the people of SouthWest to the Buga judgment, the travesty of justice depicted by the Osun Tribunal Judgement would automatically rob Tinubu of millions of votes, come February 25th, 2023.
