I m addicted to carbonated drinks and it's beginning to sound weird and I can hardly do without taking like 3 a day in every meal I take.

It's like there's a force propelling me to always take carbonated drinks.

Pls how do I get rid of such unhealthy habits?

Next time the force pushes you again to buy a carbonated drink, give it to any child/children around to you

you craving for sugar this much is a sign of acute diabetes...go and check you blood sugar level and try to stop it immediately...with this rate you might lose an arm or leg in the future...this is not God forbid matter... I'm being blunt..na health matter be this...


drink water only..add lime or lemon or orange to the water..so that water it will taste better for you...I don't know your age,but the earlier you stay away from carbonated drinks the better for you...good luck

Its not easy to withdraw from carbonated drinks addiction just like that but what you can do is reduce the number you take per day gradually. If you take 3 or 4 in a day, you can reduce it to two for a start for the first week..you keep doing this weekly until you start taking atleast 1 or 2 in a week. With this method, your cravings will drop gradually and you might not even notice when your addiction will stop. Also remember that what we eat when we are young have an after effect health wise when we start getting older. All the best sis.

Yes you take too much of it and you have inducted your little ones. The good thing is, they are kids, their body metabolism is high and they can burn the excess sugar. You on your part doesn’t need such.

I don’t think I have seen anyone that takes soft drinks like you do. I won’t be surprised you take coke alongside hot tea. cheesy

Have you ever been super thirsty and you get hold of a chilled canned coke and gulp it up?

That feeling is out of this world.

I take coke a lot but I work out and eat bitter kola to supress the sugar.

You can try healthier options like smoothie, fresh fruit juice or water
Start by reducing the intake to once a day, at least
