bayelsa case is of certificate of forgery of Leon deputy while Zamfara case are of APC leadership crisis. You can see here that it’s different. Osun State case, the Appeal court of justice and Supreme Court of justice will do the needful

this dumb guy is supposed to be an ex lawmaker,what I expect sane intelligent people to focus on was is that was there a case of over voting?what does the law say about it?so because Adeleke won the court should overlook the crime committed by his party agents who tried to cook the figures. I keep saying it that am 100% sure the judgement won't change even if pdp appeals 100 times the inec official admitted under oath that there was over voting so what are we saying?

Nonsense... didn't they accept in court there was over-voting in some polling units/local governments? You expected the tribunal to brush that aside even when the electoral law is clear on what to do in situations like this.

Adeleke can't win anywhere more so that it is on record that INEC admitted there was over-voting and INEC's BVAS report was admitted by the tribunal.
