coolangel54: Is it a credit card or debit card? Another issue if the site is recognizing the amount as USD rather than CAD, if it is the former then the balance will be an issue, if it is the latter then it should go through. Though I still think the resolution lies with UBA. 1 Like |

I got admission for post baccalaureate at Thompson Rivers University, I graduated in 2018 I'm currently in the UK on a student dependent visa. We're a family of 3. I just need clarification before we start visa processing. Please what and what documents do I need to submit in visa application? Should I apply for visa alone first? Or I apply with my husband and child together? I'm really afraid of the visa application you know. I'll appreciate every advise here. Thank you. |

thelouisa: There is no need to be afraid, at least you are in the Uk, that being said, you have to read the first page of this thread to understand the process then you can come back and ask questions, if the members of the house have answers, I am sure they will respond to you. However, to offer some perspective to your question, you will have to find a way to convince the VOs of your immigration status in UK since you will be applying from there. That will be your biggest hurdle because it is not your home per se, so you will need to look for how to justify your hometies. To travel alone or with your family is usually because you want either a strong tie at home or POF consideration. So, if you decide to apply alone you will need to explain how your husband and child will serve as home tie in UK but if you decide to apply together you will need to get enough POF that will cover for all of you. |

Chidinma54055: I'll advice that you mail your admissions team. If they're taking time to reply, find their social media page preferrably Twitter and DM them. I know a number of schools that respond quickly to DM's. |

I’m new here but need advice…..never been to the university but been working and decided to go back to school to build up my career….I’ve applied to Canada before and was refused due to no travel history and purpose of travel which no tuition was paid….that was 2014 but now I’m doing well financially and also will be sponsored by my company but I work as marketer but with the money for 10 years….I intend to study criminology so I’ve applied to 2 universities for same program but about to apply for a diploma in a college in Quebec…tuition fee is something I can afford coz this time I really need to pursue my dream as a crime analyst but my work experience as a marketer will it push through for me on my SOPi need genuine heart to heart response plus I have a child also but not going with my child for now |
