So he is practicing law as we speak He has clients and staff He has law practice Did he ever serve articles after graduations If he ain't, he just got law degree like anyone else that has that degree. Again what do qualifications got to do with what we are arguing

He probably even practices, because a lot of people practice law in Nigeria by drawing up their own contracts and things like that.

He is licensed to practice and pays his practicing fee. It is not just a law degree, that is a different degree from those who are licensed to practice in Nigeria.
