As at this morning all the major markets in Lagos island are not accessible to the traders because the government ordered that all market men and women should go and collect their PVC’s . While Alaba people allowed those that have PVC transact business , Lagos state government doesn’t care whether u have collected PVC as at 2015, they just close the market and compel everybody to stay away.
