Allah said in the Quran that if he desired a son, he can choose from among his creation.

Allah then chose Mary and breathe his spirit (Ruh) into her vagina (farjaha) and got her pregnant.


“Had Allah wished to take to Himself a son,He could have chosen whom He pleased out of those whom He doth create: but Glory be to Him! He is Allah, the One, the Irresistible”
