If you don't have equivalent payslips or bank statements that match each other, don't.
Ijeomaihedi:
Hello,

Please, is it advisable to submit employment letter without A remuneration details? Because I’m skeptical I might be asked to provide an evidence of a bank statement that back it up

Good day house.

I'd like your opinions/suggestions on this issue.

My wife is preparing for sept 2023 intake, deposit paid. I plan on going with her as a dependent. is it wise to apply from here using her gwf or it's better to go back to Nig and apply with her?

p/s we intend travelling together.

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello,

Please what's the tuition deposit for university of Plymouth? I can only see their payment plan which for September intake is;

33% by 4 November
33% by 5 February
34% by 6 May or so

If there is no specific tuition deposit, does this mean one can enroll with 3k pounds out of 12,500 pounds (16,500 - 4k scholarship) and pay what is less of the 33% by November for September intake?

If you have 7500 you can get original on waec application. It better than keep buying scratch card always

Hello guru in the house, pls i have an important question, if after the school had resumed and i was also unable to meet the late enrollment date too, because ukvi is yet to decide my application, and they later decide and i got my visa.

Can i defer my admission to May, and If i defer my admission till May, can i still use the same visa to travel by April or i need to get another CAS from my school to apply for another visa?

And if i am applying for another am I going to pay for visa fee and ihs fee again and still go through the normal pof 28days and all ?

Pls i need answers thank you all

Your school will let you know if you can defer or have to reapply.
You'll need to reapply for another visa if you defer or reapply.
Yes, you will pay IHS and visa fees again. You will also need to show that you've had the required funds in your account for at least 28 days before your online submission and payment.
Basically, you'll rinse and repeat the same process from start to finish again - with the exception of your TB test if it hasn't expired before then.

My wife is preparing for sept 2023 intake, deposit paid. I plan on going with her as a dependent. However, I am currently in Malaysia ( winding up my M.Sc... should be done around July). Provided there is IoM here and can also get my tb test done here, is it wise to apply from here using her gwf or it's better to go back to Nig and apply with her?

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello everyone. I will be staying with my sibling while studying for my Masters in the UK. Please I just want to ask, Is it okay to mention this in my application? Do I need to submit any evidence to show this? If yes, what evidence?
Thank you very much.

Oh ok thank you,

so the initial visa i was giving will be cancelled automatically by ukvi?

And i will only need to pay visa fee for another visa application and does that mean i will have to request another CAS from my school ?

Deferring mean...you will need a new CAS....you will request for IHS refund...and it will be refunded into same card you paid with ... Since you have attended biometric and got a visa decision...so your visa fee is gone and when you reapply you will have to pay..

Ensure you write your school on time and as we start your ihs refund on time.....

Hello everyone, Please if i already have my CAS issued, do i really need an agent to do my visa application?
Even if i have to pay an agent due to work schedules, how much is to be paid for only visa application process?

Please i need your advise

Please refer to the the school and to the GOV.uk website on details.

The lady who said you will start afresh is correct because

1. The CAS issued for an application and a decision has been made can NEVER be used again
2. The Visa fees once used is non refundable
3. FOR IHS LOOK AT THIS FROM THE SITE:
Refunds
You’ll get a full immigration health surcharge (IHS) refund if:

you paid twice
your visa application is refused
you withdraw your visa application
You’ll get a partial IHS refund if your visa application’s successful but:

you get less time on your visa than you asked for
any dependants on your visa application are refused
If you are due a full or partial refund for these reasons, you do not have to do anything to get it. It will be automatically paid to the account or card you paid with.

You will not get a refund if:

your visa application is successful but you do not come to the UK
you leave the UK before your visa ends, for example to make a new application
you’re told to leave the UK before your visa expires
you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain

With these 3 Facts above you should know what your options are and your school will issue another CAS dependent on what their process for reissue is at the point of you reapplying for it because you must apply for the CAS again.

If you could do the hardest part getting Your CAS ..I think you can fill your Application form and you coming here means you know you can be guided correctly for FREEE.
Its a process so start filling your application form right away the most critical questions are answered with the CAS document and if you need clarity come back here and you will be guided accordingly .

You should be the one to check that you have the right information before saying that the information given is false. Once an application results in a visa being granted, IHS won't be refunded even if the visa isn't used.

Don't be in a rush to discredit information by other people when you haven't even found out if it is actually correct.

In your words, "if you are not sure about a situation, ignore than give false information".

This is wrong.
Horlawale32 You will need to pay again. Even if not using your visa is caused by UKVI delays in making decision, your IHS won't be refunded. It will be refunded if your application was refused and a visa isn't issued but your case isn't so.
Now you'll need to speak to your school about deferring, get a new CAS when they start issuing it, Undergo a new TB test if the current one is expired, make your application, pay your visa and ihs fees, attend your biometrics appointment and wait for a decision.

Write to your school and explain to them you have your visa and have paid for your ihs ...they will assist you.....and let you know the necessary steps to take....your visa came out late....not like you applied late..

Hello House!! The whole thing with UKVI is really very tiring and frustrating. Did biometric at Tls Ikeja 30-12-22.. till this moment, no Decision made. I’ve made paid call twice/paid mail, escalated the case too but nothing yet. Was told to wait another 15 working days.. problem now is my school has resumed since 23rd.

Although I’m keeping them on the know, it’s still very annoying as application is stuck at DMC and if delay continues it may be impossible to meet up the deadline for late registration. Is there anyone with a similar case? I’m confused as hell

When are you expecting a new CAS from your school?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 8 by mimilyrics: 4:44pm On Jan 31, 2023
Yes but since your visa was issued, the process should be easier this time as long as you dot your Is and cross your Ts. Based on similar situations that I've seen, decisions are usually faster the 2nd time around.

But make sure that you follow up with your school if you hear nothing from them on the day that they are to start issuing CAS.

As long as your TB cert isn't expired by the time you apply, you don't need to do another one unless it is requested by the ECO.

With UKVI, It is sometimes a waiting game and their delays have cost many people their registration deadlines.
You can try to contact them again but it is not a sure-tested way of quickening the process.
