Whoever wants the bum nwakali even in the Super Eagles team B is an enemy of Nigerian football and deserves no sympathy..

How can they epitomize failure and expect to succeed?

Patrick Vieira, pure wisdom.

Signing players who will fight for black power.

Players will never turn against him.

Kai Nwakali is not on a downward spiral na. Which players have u been talking about? Abeg refresh my memory.

komekn:

This is the same forum players I have talked about 6 season ago I get never ending vitriolic rhetoric and rancourous bitter dislike.

These players have been castigated as FB and not good enough. But somehow Nwakali who has been on a continuous downward spiral for the past 8 years. He had no club for months but still invited to the SE.

Nwakali is in a bankruptcy relegation club in a very poor quality club and league.

And you say the kid is doing good sad shocked shocked cool

At least Championship na still good league na. The best league after the Top 4 Abi? cheesy

komekn:

Not the players but the clubs.

Because they are panicking and desperate spending crazy money to prevent relegation.

But after all this expenditure three clubs will be demoted to the Championship and then there will tears and gnashing of teeth.

Players will get paid no matter what whether they stay up or go down. So Onuachu will be smiling all the way to the bank .

Wow. Just did a super quick check and it's true. Jan 26, 2020. Foster and Kompany did come up against each other in the Belgian Jupiler in the 2019/20 season. And that is the only time they faced off in Belgium as players.

This is a beautiful throwback. 🔥

Happy New Month Violence: Piers Morgan vs John Terry

Piers obviously trying not to be moved by Chelsea's absolutely monstrous and huge statement spendings.

While, John Terry keeps "defending" his club years after retirement. What a Legend! 😂😂😂

Honest Take though: I am no Chelsea fan but trust me when I say, Chelsea are cooking and if Graham Potter is allowed time to get this squad of players including their shiny new signings into proper synchronised playing shape, they will surely be a force to look at again.

Enzo Fernández, one of my best 5 young players at the WC in Qatar is surely a special young midfielder who embodies almost everything I admire in proper ball playing CDMs. He's not just a CDM that can control phases of plays but he can also feature as a Runner-type CDM (Box to Box CDM).
Dude has got stamina, awesome in contesting duels, can lines-break with his passing, has got the switch-play nous in his skillset locker, and is a bonafide 1st phase and 2nd phase midfielder. I wish him well at Chelsea. He is a Baller.

Meanwhile... JT still "defending" for Chelsea since retirement is a nice added way to begin the month for Chelsea fans. 😂😂😂😂

For the Gunners, Piers' banter enter too shaa. 🤣🤣

When you present an argument it has more weight if it's balanced ⚖️ with facts and objectivity. You have made an assumption ( see the bold)

What is at stake pride and shame or victory and defeat. For the lower great pride and victory and achievement to beat a EPL team , the lower team is highly motivated to win. They will fight to the end.

For the EPL team the shame of defeat and the depression of loosing to a lower team. This motivates the EPL team to win , in addition players who are not first choice regulars, see it as an opportunity to prove they have the Quality to be first choice.

Players like KC who are not first choice it's an opportunity to score emphatic quality goals against lower level opposition.

In both cases all teams are highly motivated. For individual players it's a chance to show case their talents and get a huge big money transfer to a better team.

For example DJed Spence from Nottingham forest (loan) was a Middlesbrough player transfer fee of £20 million to Tottenham. His wages probably increase 20 time's what he previous was getting.

So you can see your assertion is wrong these games are hotly contested.

Manchester United fielded a full strength team not even any academy boys, see screenshot below. So you are completely wrong.

But then, Man U won this match na - comfortably, so we are basically saying the same thing.

If a premiership team features a full strength squad, then the lower teams have very slim chance of winning.

Jorge Mendes has always been ahead of Mino Raiola. There was a transfer window that Jorge Mendes made 5 big transfers. The man is ahead. None of Raiola's players are as big as Cristiano Ronaldo.

Jorginho's DLP profile offers Arteta a unique option in the #6 role. Truly, Physicality is the one big trait Jorginho doesn't have compared to Arsenal's First Choice in Thomas Partey but his Midfield conducting abilities in the 1st and 2nd phases of buildup plays could even help mask this lack of physical assertiveness because an Arsenal with a Jorginho in an arteta system will likely sustain possession across all phases of play for the most parts "depending" on the opposition.

You must understand, Arteta have made 3 signings in 3 areas of the team that needed some cover. CB - Kiwior, Wings - Trossard and now #6 - Jorginho. .

Arteta knows that if you gunners must be Champions by May, then quality depth for the run-in is needed.

In the summer, Arsenal will go for their true long term targets.

Trust your man, Mikel. Trust the process. 😉

I think this is the most critical signing of the window. It makes a clear statement of what Arteta wants from the team. I think he feels Arsenal still lacks in ball-holding capabilities. Jorginho answers this to a large extent.

It is a very interesting addition and we can expect Arteta to make the most from him by playing to his strength.

Another interesting signing is Sambi Lokonga. I think Viera has seen the potential to mould him into a quality player. I will watch these two players with keen interest.
