BTW, why can't some companies upload clear result to ngx? They will upload results that will make you wonder if they're actually corporate firms. Courtville, Honeywell and their friends are in this group.

So manipulation is very possible...... though he didn't own all the 95.6% all alone. Some directors also own smaller %.

There may still be interim dividend in the half year.

I noticed GTCO did not disclose if their 2022 Audited financial result had been approved by their board, and if it had been forwarded to CBN for approval. Their board meeting was meant to have happen on 27th January 2023. Hope no issues...
