Read this last night. It seems the premise we used while discussing this may not be accurate. It seems historically, the percentage of children born out of wedlock in black communities has decreased. But, the percentage of black women getting married and black married childbirth has also decreased. That makes the black out of wedlock birthrate look higher.

Interesting analysis on the reasons behind the numbers, not sure I'm sold on their conclusions though.
