I got a mail from UKVI to upload additional documents which is a bank statement. I uploaded the bank statement and later they requested for documents to show my engagement after completing studies. I have also uploaded my employment letter and payslips.
I want to know if I can stop my POF ( proof of Fund) guess they are ok with that pending visa decision .
I have uploaded the screenshot of the 2 mails I got from UKVI.

Edge Hill wants bank statement to issue CAS. Can I use the same POF (28 days running) for CAS issuance and visa application without increasing the tenor of the POF?

Or would I need to increase the tenor of the POF to see through the visa processing time?

There isn't one that is slower than the other, there's a lot to factor in behind the scenes

During your visa application you have to have an extra layer of patience.

My advice,go to one that is close enough to where you live.Abuja and Lagos are 2 different cities

Any statement you print should be used within 30days

I am unsure of what you mean by term tenor in this scenario but know that your POF is for your maintenance in the UK, any other arrangements is deceit and will attract a ban of 10years

ECOs are fully aware of the nonsense people do and you don't want to be used as a scape goat

I graduated from school (Bachelor's degree) in 2011 and got an employment in 2012(I worked from 2012 to 2023 January). Nice to have the passports back.
1. The 2 Months statement is better for show of continuity as long as the last 28days still has the required funds and not lesser within the last 28 days
2. For Appointment its per applicant but you can use flexi or walk-in for you to attend together and no Priority for Dependant visa application as at now

NB: The rejection given in the first refusal should not be overlooked and you must make a statment to show you have addressed it with this current application and not just expect the new ECO to understand .

With UKVI, It is sometimes a waiting game and their delays have cost many people their registration deadlines.
You can try to contact them again but it is not a sure-tested way of quickening the process.

No one can tell you the timeframe of responses except the school as it is usually dependant on the number of applications received and a combination of several other internal factors.

Whichever one you are comfortable with us fine. If she's using a new surname, she must attach an affidavit/change of name and or paper publication. You can avoid all that stress by just going with the name on her documents.

Thanks for your help here Ma'am. As a married lady, while filling my application form, do I need to fill my former surname on the part that ask if I have other given name or I just leave that part.

Please note that my passport is in my husband's surname, my surname now.

I don't want to confuse the ECO.
