I spent the whole of my day in the bank in Enerhen Warri, running from one bank to the other only to withdraw 10k.
Bank managers in Nigeria are criminals,
UBA only put like 300k for ATM. First bank said no money, Polaris no money. It's only union bank that is dispensing from 12pm to 6pm. Population of people in the union bank was about 800 people

At the end many people walked home empty with withdrawing.

Most of the Bank managers have exchanged the new banknotes with politicians and big men who have stored the money in their houses.

God forbid and punish bad people causing this suffering on poor citizens.
