[quote author=samy2big post=120543642] Congratulations to me again Congratulations. So my sister got admitted to this same school and I am super worried about the PGWP aspect. Can you share more on your plan afterwards? I am asking because without PGWP it's assumed you go back to your country if I am not mistaken. |

Good day everyone, I need an advice. I want to start my study permit application with IRCC but I don't know what to do with POF matter. I work with a Government organization and I am also a proprietor of a school. I have more than 11M+ in my school account and the sole signatory but my salary account is less than 500k, I am married with a child and I want to apply first and use them as home tie and some other properties I got. 1. With the issue of business account for POS, can I transfer the money into my personal account as I want to apply as a self sponsor? 2. What will be my explanation in my SOP for the money transferred from my business account or would I say it's a gift deed from me to meπ? 3. Educational administration is the course I'm going for because of my school and my years of experience as a teacher working with secondary Education Board and I have PGDE with 4.36 (2022), I'm presently 43. Can my application fly? Please house, I need your candid opinion on what to do. Thank you |

Habeebboy:You cannot do biometric until you're requested to do so, but you can do an upfront medical before submitting your Application. |

Good day guys, please I need some help here, been trying to apply to some schools in Canada but they are requesting I pay application fee. Please I need schools that are without application fee or with application fee waived. Or schools with good reputations, suitable requirements and support international students (even if they have application fee). Thanks |

Funjosh: Almost all schools require application fees. Though there are some that do waiver like Seneca College, Northeastern University, and some others. If you ask me just look for money and pay the application especially if you see a school that offers the programme you like, and their tuition fee is affordable. 1 Like |

Good morning Japa fam I was refused yesterday based on: β’ Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). β’ Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study. My course of study was Bsc ( Bachelor of Arts) in the university of Saskatchewan and I already have Bsc in public Administration. My visa application was on 10th October 2022. No school fees deposit. I will need the input of the gurus in the house I know my application was not properly package in the first place, I will like to address those concerns in my first application before i reapply, with the help that I will get from this fam. |

Shukusheka: Use of investment is a bit dicey, it has work for some people while it has not worked for some others, I guess the funds will serve your living expenses since you have paid your tuition. You can provide the history of the investment (past letters or statement) and state that the funds are available immediately you call for it when you need, and that the funds are held in a liquid investment for it to earn interest. |

Bobomaigida: She is a permanent resident, but she can't sponsor me through spousal sponsorship, I applied for study permit. Don't you think the reason is very clear? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Bobomaigida: 9:38am On Feb 03, 2023 |
freedomtours: Sorry for the refusal You have to apply for your notes to know the exact reason If you already have B.Sc, why are you going for another B.Sc? Who is your sponsor and how much POF did you provide? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by emmyoddy: 9:43am On Feb 03, 2023 |
You are not detailed enough. How much is your POF? Non payment of tuition fee or deposit is another issue. quote author=freedomtours post=120595235]Good morning Japa fam I was refused yesterday based on: β’ Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). β’ Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study. Chechem: Is there any reason why she can't sponsor you for spousal sponsorship? I think you best bet will applying for visitor visa and when you get the apply for open work permit. But wait for the notes to know the exact details, then tackle them. 1 Like |

My LOA landed finally ... my course requires optional co-op, however... these people did not include anything to show this in the LOA. Do I just upload it on the visa portal like that and select no for the "coop work permit" section ? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Bobomaigida: 11:16am On Feb 03, 2023 |
joefit4gur: The documents were maybe difficult for the VO to download or open, then they also had concerns with the transaction flow, what was opening balance and closing balance as at now. Then request for a new note to know the final assessment. 1 Like |
