In such working hours I know it will definitely be shift work as night shift is sleeping then morning shift will be working..
Accomodation my foot, may even be an open space with no bed but just spreading the hair carton to sleep because there's no worker given 12working hours daily that would be provided a decent accomodation..
The food is definitely prison standard no argument..
