I ironically still find books intimidating to this day, some leftovers school trauma I guess.

I've pieced together the History from a combination of different video essays.
This two I'd say are the best imo.

And tediously going over the wikipedia pages of the First and Second republic, as well as the individual pages of the people credited for our independence, the subsequent military coups, and the individual heads of state to the present.

The first video will trigger him because he will call the respected Figure Uncle Tom. Thomas is not liked by the left

Thanks. Will listen to them. Audio Books are great for long journeys as well.
Any other additions from any one else would be great.

Same here. I have lost count of how many times Atiku has switched political parties. He was once a big wig in APC. Even PO who seems to be gaining popularity among younger Nigerians was just a few years ago Atiku's vice presidential candidate in PDP. The chance of him returning to PDP if he doesn't win the presidential election next month is high.

Political parties in Nigeria have no ideology, they are just a vehicle for members of the ruling class to chase more power. That's why they change parties like a Kardashian changes boyfriends.

I like the point you brought about PO. The guy clearly saw an opportunity with the youth of today and he has exploited it masterfully. This guy was in PDP for years so he definitely Isn't an outsider in any way.

Somehow Nigerians think they are going to solve all their problems by voting for an ex-governor who "helped" save money for his state using banks that he ran.

Context:

Did then-U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld report that $2.3 trillion was missing/lost?

No, that's not true: Rumsfeld gave a speech on September 10, 2001 about the bureaucratic red tape in the U.S. government and his plans to update processes. He remarked that it was difficult to track financial transactions within the current system. He did not say that $2.3 trillion was missing.

Or maybe you were referring to another $2million dollars.

So "bureacratic red tape" caused all that money to go unaccounted for? Savlme shxt, different toilet.

Damn! President Biden is crushingggggg it! I've never seen so many wins by any president in my lifetime. Wow. Biden is a masterclass in Presidenting.

Now pass the Assault weapons ban and the Voting rights act. The time is just so right for those laws to pass.

We all knew criminal trump pays hookers, even paid one while his chain immigrant hooker of a wife was pregnant. But I didn't see him as a rageddy deformed balloon paying a Photoshopper lol grin or is it the diaper tank fitted around his stomach, tucked in his behind trousers that make it seem he's obese?

A nine-year-old boy from Pennsylvania who loves science and computer programming has become one of the youngest ever high school graduates, and he has already started accumulating some credits toward his college degree.

David Balogun recently received a diploma from Reach cyber charter school – based in his state’s capital of Harrisburg – after taking classes remotely from his family home in the Philadelphia suburb of Bensalem, the local television station WGAL reported Saturday.

The achievement makes David one of the youngest known children to ever graduate high school, according to a list compiled by the history and culture website oldest.org.

There are many more exceptional black kids like him and thanks to President Biden admins investment in science and education, and solving child poverty, we could be seeing more of other baloguns pretty soon. Compare that to rethugs and desantis banning science and black education in Florida. And you have some quaky dooks in here who think that's cool. I bet they'll even hate news like this. Like this Ben guy above. So ridiculous.

Are you going to lick the arse of a white man who says if black people don't vote for him they are not black? R you gonna do this forever?

Instead of giving the kids parents credit for having a decent family and keeping their children focused, you are giving Biden the credit. Fool.

According to the latest Census figures, about 50 percent of African American boys under age 17 live with a mother only, compared with 16 percent of their white counterparts.

Research shows that children in fatherless homes are more likely to drop out of school, exhibit behavioral problems, end up in the criminal justice system, suffer unemployment, and are at a greater risk of substance and drug abuse.

More than 50% of all six-figure earners have said they are living paycheck to paycheck, an all-time high, per CNBC.

No more debt funded bloated paychecks so of course they would moan. And that was in October before the job cuts. Now that six-figure earners are losing their jobs they won't need to complain about living paycheck to paycheck.

Meanwhile, lower to mid five-figure earners who really are struggling to live are on strike, in some places at least.

Costs of living is so high!

A seafood dinner of farmed salmon in the restaurant is $25-$30 for. Tips are high too grin
Not upscale or 5 star restaurant o.

Go to store to buy one wild salmon and the price is $25 or more...

4 lb of Prime tri tip roast is 32 or more. No more steak or seafood dinner for the big guys of NL. No more Italian grin

Ye, you know what I mean. If more parents could be like these Nigerians, I mean more African Americans, a lot of their issues will be solved. But it can't be solved if they are constantly being deceived that a boogieman is trying to hold them back. That statement is true and false at the same time. The boogieman is the left in this case.

Some kids can still strive with a single mother if she has time for the kid. Ben Carson is one of them.

You really have to live here to understand the things that work against black Americans.

It is hard to have time for the kids when you don't have 9-5pm job or work 2/3 shifts to be able to pay rent or mortgage, bills, food, extra curricula activities for the kids etc

My cousin won a lottery 2013, he got there with a wife and 2kids. This guy worked his asxx off while his wife stayed home with the kids. Sometimes he has 3jobs. Guess what, he bought a house as of 2017. If it was only one parent, it could have been a lot more complicated .

I would like you to enlighten me with the bold.

I think coming here as a foreigner or immigrants is different - immigrants came with a different mindset, drives and goals.
I wouldn't go into comparison or use immigrants to compare AA.
The only thing I will say is if you don't have money to go to school ( America college is expensive), join the military.

No enlightening necessary. The problem is not what anyone can enlighten you about- Live in America to understand better.
