UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Undergraduate Fresher Compulsory Fees 55,000

Undergraduate returning Compulsory Fees of 18,000

1 unit course 2,000

2 units course 2,000

3 units course 2,500

4 units course 3,000

5 units course 3,500

1,500 for each exam registration but most of the 1 unit course exam registration is now 6500 per course.

If any of the above units is your practical work i.e Project, Seminar, Siwes, Teaching Practice, Practicum, Field Trip, etc they will charge according to the practical

NOTE 1: minimum credit unit in a semester is 1 unit for undergraduates while 2 units for postgraduate

NOTE 2: maximum credit unit in a semester is 24 units for both undergraduates and postgraduates but for any Law student is 28 units.

NOTE 3: your total calculation for a semester will be based on the number of courses given to you.

Which form is Job Reporting Form (004) and how can I get it?

It's not on the SIWES portal, it's only placement form, acceptance & employer's evaluation form that's there.

Secondly if I start my SIWES this semester, is it possible/will they allow me defend it this semester in April according to the academic calendar? The defense is by April.
I'm a final year student.

Ah! is there no way I can backdate my starting date to meet up six months so I can defend it this semester?
I'm in 400L 2nd semester which is my last semester and I waito make sure I finish everything about NOUN this semester and make graduation list this year.

Though I paid and registered the SIWES on the SIWES mylearningspace portal since 2021 in 300L, can't I just edit my starting date to meet up the 6 months duration requirement in the SIWES record on SIWES portal and on my SIWES logbook?

Is it from the time I go to desk officer to verify they'll count the 6 months or the time filled in the logbook & placement acceptance letter that I started?
