So I left the house very early morning today thinking that I will be able to withdraw. Unlucky to me I spent 6hours + only to withdraw 10k From the counter.my question ,What is Nigeria as a nation turning into🤔😤😓

People passed through worse than this in 1984 when the colour of the naira was changed by Buhari.

Today you can still spend the money through online transfer, in 1984 there was no online transfer, everything was cash payment and there was no cash in circulation.

Just endure, after the election more cash will be released, they just want to ensure that bullion van man does not have raw cash to buy votes in 2 weeks time.

I rushed to the bank by 5am to collect number.
I collected number 47.
ATM didn't start dispensing till after 12 in the afternoon. When it got to my turn around after 2, I was told that the ATM doesn't accept visa card. I broke down

Well, at least you saw to withdraw my dear, I wasn't that lucky. Had to go back home, and worse is I'm double, and there's no food in the house. I was hoping to withdraw, get to the market and prepare my cravings. Money I no see collect, ATMs aren't dispensing, banks locked their gates, pos no get cash to give and my drugs haven't been taken yet😔.
If it's just me, I wouldn't be all this worried and frustrated but my tiny being is who I'm feeling for.
Person go get money, to withdraw na wahala.

In situations like these, i will advise you use POS, peace of mind is worth more than the loss on your withdrawal, i had to use POS tew was stranded and i can't do broda pls help me with 2k grin

Lol, pos I no even see use.. Most of the pos that I tried didn't have cash to give.
I'm just channelling the remaining strength I have into working on the system.
This country is messed up honestly.🥲

Swear say no be "LOTUS bank" werey bank using outdated low budget ATM i mean if its not accepting the two highest cards VISA and Mastercard is it Verve it is happily accepting , LOTUS bank not a serious bank, imagine by 9am they refuse to load their atm with cash, whereas their mates sterling, Unity were already dispersing at 7:40am

My experience at Gt Bank today was not funny. After spending four hours on the que, it was about getting to my turn to withdraw from the ATM and I was told money has finished. Which kind wahala be this.
