She pulled a similar stunt some years back when she put out a story about Femi kutis kids not being his ie the wife cheated. Femi Kuti called her out for the trauma she was inflicting, not just on him, who was fully aware of the issue, but the children. I did a little search on him and found out the following :

1. Tunde Sabiu is the 34 year old Buhari's nephew who works as his private secretary . He is the son of Buhari's neice; Hajia Halima who passed away in 2018.

2. Tunde Sabiu is not Yoruba like his first name suggests , rather he was named Tunde after Buhari’s late trusted deputy during military era; Tunde Idiagbon.

3. Tunde was not known to have any corporate work experience prior to Buhari winning the presidential elections in 2015. In fact , Tunde was known to be a recharge card seller in Kaduna pre-2015. He holds a degree from Bayern University

4. Buhari being his usual nepotistic self appointed Tunde Sabiu as an assistant director in the Nigeria Intelligence Agency(NIA) , a decision that attracted serous grumbling in the intelligence agency considering the fact that the post he was elevated to would at least cost u 16 years to attain if u joined NIA as a graduate without any prior work experience .

5. Tunde Sabiu has been at loggerheads with Aisha Buhari for a while as they do not see eye to eye on a lot of issues . In fact, Tunde Sabiu was at the center of the shooting incident that happened in the villa between Aisha’s aide and dem Tunde’s . During COVID-19 Tunde Sabiu travelled to Lagos in the presidential jet and when he came back he was expected to Self-isolate ; a call which Aisha made but fell on Tunde’s deaf ears thereby worsening their frosty relationship .(I guess this explains why Aisha was sharing El Rufai's video recently and Ajuri saying Buhari was wrongly advised/fed incorrect info)

6. It is believed that even service chiefs have to see Tunde before seeing the president .
Some even believe he's the one man who is privileged to see the president when he wakes first in the morning and the last to see him late at night before bed.

As I guessed the Supreme Court in its usual manner has used technicality deny a man who won an election(primary election in this case) what rightfully belongs to him.

Machina obtained senatorial nomination form, contested in the primary election and won. Then his party APC at the die minute submitted the name of Lawan as their candidate for the Senatorial election despite Lawan not participating in the primary election.

Machina then goes to court and claimed that APC fraudulently substituted his name for Lawan's despite the latter not participating in the primary elections. Do you know what the supreme court did?

The Supreme court in it's lead judgement knocked off Machina's case on the premise that if Machina claims his name was fraudulently substituted, then he should've called witnesses to prove the allegation of fraud instead of only filling originating summons. ( For educational purposes, this is what originating summons means: Originating Summons is one of the ways of commencing action in courts. An action commenced in this manner presupposes that the facts are not in dispute, and what is being asked for is interpretation of a document or law.)

Summary of all this is that the case was knocked off on technicality basis. The danger of this kind of precedents is that u can get away with anything in Nigeria provided ur lawyer can persuade the Supreme court to knock off a case against u on technicality basis.
