stephenponti: You are on the right path. Find below the student thread to help you out with the information you need. Endeavor to peruse through the first page. You need to state the course you looking at studying because the tuition fee varies per course. https://www.nairaland.com/7267459/uk-student-visa-tier-4/751 |

Good evening guys. What are my chances to get a visitor's visa to visit my wife in UK( as I have been advised to go for that instead of spousal visa) and how much is the visa fee? Reasons; 1, Spousal visa might take long before I get an approval 2, she is currently on definite leave to remain(private life). The law doesn't give a provision for spousal visa due to her status. |

Please help, my Police character certificate only has my first and last name while my passport has my middle name included. Is this an issue? If I do a court affidavit to clear this , is that enough? |

Hello house, Kindly advise me on this, please. I applied for a visit visa(tourism) to the UK in January and was refused. The application was for me, my wife and our two kids. I was the main applicant and the sponsor for the trip for all four of us. Our planned trip to the UK is to build up our travel history so we can apply for a Canadian visa immediately after returning from the UK. My wife and I were denied US and Canadian visas in 2019, stating a lack of travel history - we have not travelled since then. Though I have been to the UK before 2019, my wife hasn't left the country before. The reason for refusal from the UK visa process this time was: - That I did not prove that the salary inflow to my bank statement was from my company since the salary statement had different "descriptions" – the salary statements I submitted for six months were six different documents (I did not combine them into one). I had saved them differently so I could use the title to explain the differences in pay for some months with a higher payment than my net pay. – I plan to combine them into one document next time - That there are some credits to my account that the origin was not demonstrated. However, I suspect that the fact that the whole family is travelling is the main reason the UK visa was refused. I am thinking home ties is the ish My account balance is clearly sufficient to fund the trip. Because I need to get the UK visa urgently to meet up with our other plans, I plan to reapply immediately. To be sure we are not denied again, I am considering to: - Of course, include a letter that clarifies the issues they raised on my finances; and - Apply for my wife and myself alone, excluding our kids – so our children remaining in Nigeria will serve as home ties. But I fear dropping the kids in the re-application may signal desperation, which will not play in our favour. Do you think there will be any benefit in applying only for my wife and me? |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 8:50am On Feb 07, 2023 |
Muna0706: No please don’t reapply immediately. Your chances are slim. You need to correct the salary thing. Have all your salary deposited into your salary account for the next 6 months. Then you can reapply. They already stated the issue and it has nothing to do with your whole family traveling, as long as you have sufficient funds to cover for the trip. Work on the issue raised and get it corrected. 1 Like |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 10:24am On Feb 07, 2023 |
Beautynm1: It’s simple. The one inviting should say who they are, who they are inviting, why they are inviting, how long is the trip, who is finding the trip, and what they (inviter and invitee) will be doing on the trip. Gaskiya |
